Encore: One More Saturday Night

This night may have been a magical journey for those under the influence of psychadelic substances, but for those feeding off the music itself, this was just an average show at best.  Maybe my expectations were too high because of the venue, but even when I look back at the setlist I still find it hard to critique this show in a totally positive way.   My personal highlight of this show was Two Djinn, which really showcased the ability of keyboard/piano player Jeff Chimenti.  The lighting was also spectacular with the ceiling used as a canvas to bounce lights off of.  If I wasn’t holding a ticket for the Sunday night (11/21) show, I would have been even more disappointed with this Saturday night show at MSG.  The Eleven was also another bright spot in a very dark setlist.
